SMS Messaging Program & Service Agreement — Effective June 18, 2026.

 

1. These Terms of Service govern SMS (text message) communications and services provided by Seder's Lawn Care Company, located in Hoover, Alabama.

 

2. Messaging Program Description

When you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, you are enrolling in the Seder's SMS communications program. This program is used to send:• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations• Service arrival notifications and real-time job updates• Invoice delivery and payment confirmations• Seasonal promotions and limited-time service offers• Customer support responses and follow-ups• General business communications related to your lawn care or pressure washing services

 

3. Consent to Receive Text MessagesBy providing your mobile phone number to Seder's Lawn Care Company or Seder's Pressure Washing — whether via our website, a quote request, verbal agreement, or any other method — and by not opting out, you consent to receive text messages from us.Your consent to receive text messages is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing our services.

 

4. Message FrequencyMessage frequency will vary depending on your service schedule, billing activity, and communication preferences. You may receive between 1 and 6 text messages per month. During active service periods, you may receive more frequent updates.

 

5. Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates will apply to all texts you receive from us, depending on your mobile plan. Seder's is not responsible for any messaging fees charged by your wireless carrier.

 

6. How to Opt Out — Reply STOP to unsubscribe from our text messages at any time; reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you choose to re-subscribe. You may also opt out by contacting us directly via phone or email. We will process your opt-out request within 10 business days. Note: Even after opting out of marketing messages, you may still receive transactional messages related to an active service appointment or open invoice, as these are necessary to complete your service.

8. General Service Terms Quotes and Estimates: All quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions observed at your property. We will notify you of any material price differences before proceeding.

Scheduling: Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any changes via text, phone, or email.

Property Access: By scheduling a service, you confirm that you have authority to grant property access and that access will be available on the scheduled date. Seder's is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible properties.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, and check. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee. By using our services, you agree to pay all charges as quoted or invoiced.

Cancellations: We ask that you notify us of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee at our discretion.

Satisfaction: We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with any service, contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will make it right.

 

9. Limitation of LiabilitySeder's Lawn Care Company and Seder's Pressure Washing carry general liability insurance. We are not liable for:• Pre-existing property damage not caused by our services• Damage resulting from conditions not disclosed prior to service (e.g., hidden underground utilities, fragile landscaping features not marked)• Acts of nature or weather events beyond our controlOur total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

 

10. Changes to These TermsWe reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated version to our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services or messaging program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Jefferson County, Alabama.
